Zach McGowan was born and raised in New York City, where he started acting at an early age in school productions. His passion for the stage followed him through his high school and college experience and landed him on the New York stage in "Savage/Love" directed by Peter Royal at the Century Center in the spring of 2003. Since then Zach has appeared in "Hazard of the Game" at the Vital Theater, "The Verge" at Theater Studio Inc., and in The Subterranean Theater Ensemble's "Go Home," "On The Brink," and "Confused Circuses." Zach's film work includes such features as "The Hunt for Eagle One" (Sony Screen Gems) directed by Brian Clyde, and "Crash Point" (Sony Screen Gems) directed by Henry Crum. Zach short film work includes "The 14th Morning" (LA International Short Film Festival, New Haven Film Festival, and The Method Festival) and "Sadiq" by Sean Mullin. Zach is currently living in Los Angeles and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
