Put up for adoption at a young age, Tory was moved from house to house, never really finding a place to call home. At the age of 16, and left homeless, he found his way into running with gangs in California, arrested for a string of offenses including drug dealing, theft, prostitution, Tory was soon confronted with a choice. District Judge D. Murphy, gave Tory a choice, either he stay clean and do something with his life or he'd be spending the rest of his life in and out of prison. Suprred on with these words Tory applied himself to looking for a job to be proud of, and as a kid who loved building models, he found his way to M5 Industries, where Jamie Hyneman put him to work.
