Mike Sanders / Biography

Mike Sanders was trained to be a professional wrester at the WCW Powerplant. Along with fellow wrestlers, Mark Jindrak, Sean O'Haire, Chuck Palumbo, Shawn Stasiak, and Reno. They all formed a stable in WCW known as The Natural Born Thrillerz. Sanders was the spokesman for the group. To many of the wrestling veterans, Sanders had unbelievable mic skills. He was able to get the people going with his speeches on television and at the arenas. Sanders was briefly the WCW Commissioner, winning the title from Ernest "The Cat" Miller. He also won the WCW Cruiserweight Title from Elix Skipper. When WCW was purchased by the WWF, Sanders had a developmental deal. He was wrestling with Heartland Wrestling Association, when the WWE dropped his contract. Sanders remains a professional wrestler in the independent promotions, as well as with NWA-TNA.
