Edwin A. Santos / Biography

Edwin A. Santos was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. When he was twelve years-old, he met legendary actor Steve McQueen while shooting "The Hunter" inside his school. This was the beginning of his journey.Holding a BA degree and scholarships from the School of Cinema and Television Arts at California-State University, Northridge, his first film, "Soap Girl" received the Audience Award for Best Feature Film at the 2002 Big Bear Lake International Film Festival.Edwin possesses a soft-spoken manner that masks a determination to succeed and is matched by his perseverence as he continues to look for projects where the psyche of the characters are challenged and met.
