Evan Shakespeare has been labeled by many as a triple threat (actor, screenwriter, producer), but he started out as a film producer in high school where he produced, directed, and starred in three of the following short films: "The New Guy," "The Beauty Of Life," and "Lose Yourself" (a remake of Eminem's music video where Evan played the role of Eminem). Directly out of high school he produced, directed, and starred in two more films: "Goodbye", and "TP The Last Summer 2003." He has also worked as a production assistant on "To Build A Fire" (a remake of Jack London's short story). He continued his filmography as an actor this past summer of 2005 in which he played a Barrington football player in the highly anticipated movie "Gridiron Gang," starring The Rock and Xzibit also appeared on Fox's "The OC." His biggest break came not too long after in which his feature length screenplay, "Waiting For Yesterday," gained interest from many parties including up and coming independent film company Auteur Entertainment. Production is in the process of being planned and the film should be released in late 2006/early 2007. Not only did Evan write "Waiting For Yesterday," but he also will play his first supporting role and be attached as a producer.
