Lani Silver / Biography

Lani was a reluctant actress. Each of her film appearances has been done as a favor for friends. Lani was born in Chicago, Il. Lani is the oldest daughter of Tura Satana (best known for playing the voluptuous Varla in "Faster Pussycat, Kill, Kill"). The family has had a long-standing working relationship withfilm Producer/Director, Ted V. Mikels. Lani's daughter, Danae, has recently completed a short film project (The Apartheid Slave Women's Rebellion) with Mikels in which Danae has Assistant Director and Videographer credits.
