Nina Blackwood / Biography

She was one of the original V.J.s on MTV when it debuted August 1, 1981. Her colleagues were Martha Quinn, Mark Goodman, Alan Hunter and J.J. Jackson. The first video to air was Video Killed the Radio Star by The Buggles. Blackwood's MTV tenure lasted 1981-1986.
