Sheila Sisco began to explore her talents in acting in high school and was honored in Nevada's Junior Miss Contest because of her monologue from Mourning Becomes Electra by Eugene O'Neill. From thousands of enthusiastic contestants, Sheilah was selected to play Jane with James Caan as Tarzan in The Don Adam's Screentest! This pilot brought her to the attention of the famous Francis Ford Coppola, Howard Koch, Art Carney, Jack Lemmon, and to her future agent, Jack Fields. With Jack Fields as her agent, she was honored to attend many events with Ed Asner, Charles Durning, Meredith Baxter Burney, Dennis Weaver, Martin Sheen to help the less fortunate. The friendship with Ed Asner and Charles Durning continue to the present. Happy Days, Baretta, The Cheap Detective, Won, Ton, Ton, The Dog Who Saved Hollywood, brought Sheilah to the attention of Eddie Foy III because of Art Carney suggesting her as a "New and very talented young actress"... Although they never met, Art Carney was clearly a generous actor and continues to inspire Sheilah's dedication to the art of acting.
