J.C. Skinner / Biography

J.C. Skinner was born in 1982 in El Centro, California. He began riding ATV three-wheelers at the age of three. He spent most of his youth riding quads, dirt bikes, and off road race cars in the Glamis Dunes, Superstition Mountains, and Plaster City East and West desert.
