Joe Talbott / Biography

Joe Talbott is an award-winning writer, producer and director. Talbott's breakthrough feature comedy, Eat Me! (2000) was featured at the Cannes Film Festival as part of filmfestivals.com screenings and is now distributed by 3DD Entertainment. Some of Talbott's other producing and directing awards include three CINE Golden Eagles, two Telly awards, and the International Television Association Award of Excellence. Other recent directing credits include the award-winning Special Mike & Honey Girl (2001) and The Pitch (1999).Talbott has been intimately involved in the Washington, D.C. independent film community and is a frequent lecturer on independent film at area universities. Talbott is a graduate of Salisbury State University, and has studied in graduate film programs at the New York University Tisch School of the Arts and the Rockport Workshops. He continues to write and develop new projects.
