Lowe Taylor / Biography

Lowe was born in Manhattan Beach, California where her parents, Judith & Richard, met, wooed and married. At the age of 2, they took their precious little baby back east to Maryland. It is there that she developed her love for acting and singing and studied extensively. Since she horribly missed the gorgeous southern California weather, she now resides in Los Angeles.
