Olga Vodin / Biography

Olga Vodin was born 11/23/72 in Krasnodar, Russia. Her father was a famous ballet dancer in the Theatre of Operetta. From an early age Olga trained in ballet, acting and piano schools. She studied in one of the most prestigious theatre schools in Russia -- Schukin Institute, mastering Stanislavsky, Chekhov and Vakhtangov techniques. Graduated in 1993 with the Master's Degree in Theatre and Acting. Besides continuous work in Theatre, Olga starred in many films, such as "Spirits of Hell" (1991), "Zone of Freedom", (1991), "Your Fingers Smell Like Incense" (1992) and "Nastya" (1993). In 1993 she moved to California with her new husband and continued her acting career while raising her first child. American productions include "American Cop"(1994), "Dangerous Cargo" (1996), "Swimsuit, The Movie" (1997) and Guest Starring appearance in TV show "Marker" (1995). Has 2 children and is divorced.
