Parisse Boothe was born to proud parents Pamela and Powers Boothe on June 12th, 1983. She grew up in a guard gated community outside Los Angeles protected from the limelight of her fathers success. His talent, however, had a positive influence on Parisse. While attending high school in Los Angeles, she engulfed herself in theater, performing in numerous plays including James McClure's "Laundry and Burbon". She then attended college at the University of Oregon, Majoring in Theatre Arts. She remained active in the theater including playing the title roles in "Desdemona, a play about a Hankerchief", and in "Pheadra's Love". She is currently playing "Tess", a prostitute in the Bella Union Saloon the HBO's series "Deadwood".
