Hank Williams III / Biography

Shelton Hank Williams is the son of Hank Williams JR and the grandson of Hank Williams. His half-sister is Holly Williams. He tours regularly with his country band, The Damn Band and his metal band Assjack. He is also a member of Superjoint Ritual with Phil Anselmo of Pantera and that project is "on hiatus". His shows are a three part show starting off with country and drifting into what he refers to as "hellbilly". After a short break, Assjack comes on stage fronted by Gary Lindsey. Several members of Assjack are also members of The Damn Band, most notably bass player Joe Buck, formerly of the Legendary Shack Shakers
