Sal is a native New Yorker living in Los Angeles after being directly chosen by Robert De Niro to be the "Twenty Minute Man" in Analyze That (2002). The scene opposite De Niro was also featured in the theatrical trailer for the film. Sal has a strong education and theatre background and, following graduate school at NYU, spent two years developing standards based new media curriculum with a team of teachers at Taft High School in the Bronx while also performing with Shakespeare in the Parking Lot on NY's Lower East Side. He has a BA from Cortland State in Theatre and was fortunate to study at Circle in the Square at 50th and Broadway. Sal's exploratory trip to Hollywood became his new life after an unexpected windfall on The Hollywood Squares.
