Born in the small town of Lakewood, New Jersey, Hans Christianson had two aspirations as a child. First on his agenda was to play professional baseball and then be an actor. Quite a stretch, but Christianson's childhood dream never died. He managed to do both.While attending High School in Florida, Christianson received All-State honors in baseball as well as All-County honors in football. Prior to college Christianson was invited to pitch for the Florida Marlins organization in their rookie camp. After only 2 months, a debilitating injury to his throwing arm halted Christianson's baseball career. Never able to fully recover from the injury he left later that year. Instead of being crushed Christianson attended the University of Central Florida where he played as an outfielder and studied theater which began his quest to pursue his second passion. Christianson threw himself into his craft and excelled.After college, Christianson migrated to New York to test out his acting skills and in a very short time his enviable physique caught the eye of a casting director which landed him a small role in the independent film Games People Play (2004).He also made an appearance on the popular soap "Guiding Light" and has just completed the sequel, Games People Play: Hollywood (2004), in which he stars and is slated to be released in theater's mid to late 2005. Christianson has also appeared in two music videos on VH1 and MTV as well as HBO's "Sex in the City", "OZ" and many other independent features. In 2004 Christianson wrapped principal photography on the Independent comedy "Pied2K" in which he plays a young baseball player and also makes an appearance in Bobby Roth's Independent film "Berkeley," which was shot in both Berkeley and Los Angeles this past summer. In the fall of 2004 Christianson took to the stage where he was a featured cast member in "Fright Fest" at Six Flags Great Adventure. Christianson is now performing September 30, 2005 thru October 30th in "Hollywood Ghoulevard" playing Elvis in this musical comedy variety show.Currently Christianson has residences in both Lakewood, New Jersey and Westwood, California where he lives with his prized feline pal Dempsey.
