Her in-laws are famous restaurateurs Vince and Connie Cultraro, owners of the posh La Spiga Ristorante in Palm Desert, CA. The difficult to get into restaurant is frequented by such notable celebrities as Ray Romano, Jerry Weintraub, Gena Rowlands, Peter Marshall, Annika Sorenstam, and a host of others.
Her mother named her after the beautiful Candice Bergen.
