Discovered by film Director Richard Gabai while working on the motion picture "Moto X Kids" as a production assistant. Two months later, while eating breakfast at a restaurant, was approached by Leah Remeni's husband, Angelo Pagan to act as a member of his Salsa band on an upcoming episode on Leah's show "The King Of Queens".
Has been a stand-in for Lorenzo Lamas.
He was "imported" to Hollywood by his good friend Jon Teboe who was already an accomplished television editor in town. Jon and Zev went to the same High School (Miami Killian Senior High) where they were affectionately known to their classmates as Spielberg and Lucas.
Continues to be involved in film and television production. He has been an Art Director, Set Dresser, and an Assistant Director, on music videos and on national and international television commercials.
He had originally come to Los Angeles to pursue a career in music. He is an accomplished musician and also writes music. He was on the Brazilian record label Paradox. He is currently writing music for several film and non-film projects.
Started a small independent film and video company called Zevscope Pictures to help launch and finance some of his ideas.
Loves Martial Arts. He has two black belts: one in Shotokan style and the other in Goshin Jitsu style.
